Return and Refund Policy
At SwayShack, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- Time Frame: You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exclusions: Final sale items from specific collections are not eligible for return. Please note any exceptions listed on the product page.
Refunds
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
- Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on eligible items.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
